Ken Tharp is first and foremost ethical. I have sat in many cases of various attorneys for CASA, Elder Abuse, and HOAs. He is one of the few that I can say is fair and watches out for his client and not his pocketbook.

I called this firm filled papers and went to an appointment to start what I was told a simple special needs trust for my disabled son. What saw was an airigant rude confusing person. No help! More like a car salesman. You evidently don't know my son. His cognitive thinking issue are the problem, all your after is money, I have been looking out after his best interest since he was 7. MAKING SURE NO ONE TAKES ADVATAGE. So before you make judgement Know your facts.
