Contacted Mr. Kollie after my daughter being dropped by her attorney 2 weeks before the hearing. There seemed to be a very slim chance of a good outcome. When I called Mr. Kollie he had a plan within the first few minutes where other attorneys hadn’t been so clear and concise. He got a better outcome on the case then we could have possibly hoped for , and I honestly feel it was a blessing the prior attorney withdrew. Thank you so much Mr. Kollie.

Called to inquire about a consultation and to see if they could help me, the receptionist seemed irritated when I was explaining my situation and then hung up before I had a chance to ask. I worked customer service for a telephone company for years so I know how mentally frustrated one can get. Never ever was hanging up on a potential customer ok at all ever!!!!
