Mr. Andersen is very attentive, and always well spoken and prepared. Extremely professional and knowledgeable.

I was very happy with the staff being helpful and willing to help me. I was disappointed that the "conflict of interest" the attorney discovered while on Zoom with me, was not "discovered" earlier (as I had prepared and worried and stressed so much prior). I was also concerned about the "conflict of interest" as I was pursuing an individual surgeon, NOT the clinic. Oh well. the attorney gave me a lot of on-line time, and recommended 3 other options. Both Roberta and Debby, and all staff, were very professional and courteous. How can any lawyers sue anyone, then, as everyone knows someone, somewhere??? Sigh. I would contact this firm again if another occasion presented.
