Working with David Linthorst was a great experience. He and his team are straight forward and really cares about their clients. We would have still been arguing with the insurance companies if we had not found David. His team kept us informed without having to ask for information. I hope to never have a personal injury case again, but if I do David Linthorst is the guy I will call.

In Sept. 2018, our son was shot and killed. We retained Kelly and David Linthorst to represent us in a lawsuit. These attorneys were a 'Godsend'. At a time while healing up after three surgeries from injuries caused by anothers negligence in a motorcycle crash, I was hit in a cross walk while walking and the driver ran from the scene without checking my wellness.
