I am very dissatisfied with the representation I've received thus far. I'm contemplating firing Mr kovac. He's been very lazy and done minimaL preparation for my case. He's asked that I find a defense for my own case, yet when ever I mention anything shoots the idea with little less then a thought. He's representing me on a criminal matter and I understand that his expertise is a divorce attorney? Should I be alarmed? This is my and my families future. It can't be left to chance.

You can request information pertaining to your case until you're blue in the face, but he will not provide the requested information to you.
