I used Amanda for my divorce and custody and parenting time case. My ex-wife and I would get along and make progress in the mediations. Only to have Mrs, Quatier tell me (and my ex-wife's attorney) that the things we agreed to were no fair. Then she'd have me all in fighting emotional mode. I think this is just her tactic to rack up hours. She really didn't do anything productive other than get me a better result than my ex wife in the judgement. I ended up modifying it to make it fair and equal with her. I felt like there was always a reason to think about 20 years from now and discuss thanksgiving every other year etc. Really hurt my co-parenting relationship permanently.

From the first time I met with Amanda, she told me that I would make it through this transition. She also told me that it would be equitable. She fought for my best interests. She came through when I thought for the win.

Made things clear and realistic for me. Was understanding and down to earth. I can't stand most attorneys but she made me feel supported. She believed in me and fought hard for my child and I. I was a satisfied customer.

I began a case with Amanda over 2 years ago.....along that path of gaining full custody of my 6 yr old daughter and 5 yr old son and ensuring they were no longer in immediate danger.....I found Amanda, I found her through the Modest Means program.....I was a struggling single father full of disappointment with no hope of attempting to represent myself.....Amanda stepped in and STEPPED UP!!!! Not only was she always available for asking questions via phone/text/email.....she was reaching out to me as well keeping me accountable for the parenting classes ect. that were expected of me, it's been almost a year since gaining full custody of my children and I wouldn't be where I am right now.....if it wasent for Amanda!! Do not hire Ms. Quatier for legal services. Ms. Quatier handles modest means cases and there is a reason for this. The word has gotten around about how she does business and she is having a hard time acquiring clients. I learned much of this only after I had retained her to handle a parenting time/support issue. Ms. Quatier made a ton of promises during the initial consultation and none of them ever materialized. I should have realized something was wrong when she spent the bulk of our time talking about her billing process and how her clients need to "top off" their retainer each month. No other attorney requires this. Over the next two months, Amanda did nothing on our action list. She was often difficult to get ahold of, apologizing several times for "not being available". Her complete inaction on my case proved crippling as we had a critical deadline in my case that came and went. Our family has a long legal history and even they have commented that they have never seen an attorney make this many mistakes this early into a client relationship. The OSB is now involved in looking into this attorney. I feel it is important that young attorney’s are held accountable for mistakes they make that affect peoples lives in a profound way. Please look into the history of Ms. Quatier before ever considering her for representation.

I prayed and prayed for someone to help me and Amanda's name kind of fell into my lap. She's amazing. Very helpful and you can tell that she has chosen this career because she really cares about people and her clients. She's been so helpful and understand and I'm so blessed to have her representing me :-)
