Absolute looser as far as an attorney. If this is who you have then count on no communication, no work being done for you and getting a garbage outcome. Run away and hire anyone else, at least they will take time to see you.

this so called attorney is a liar he does not return calls I knew more about the law than he did, he set me up and worked for the DA, I got a duii accident in 2013, because of a secret indictment I did not get arrested until 2 years later, i lived at the same address the whole time and held a job driving semi truck, i asked Adrian smith to fight for the fast and speedy issue and he said the law had changed and the statute didn't apply to me(this is not true, it takes a seasoned expert to fight it, his inabilities or connection to the DA kept him from representing me ethically), he allowed the DA to exceed the statutory maximum, i had to file a motion to amend erroneous sentence twice once for exceeding the 60 month class c limitations (witch Adrian smith refused to fix) and again for allowing the DA to waste the courts resources and time by holding me accountable for restitution witch i was not liable to pay (my insurance covered all the costs) the court fixed both my amendments, what is most disturbing about all of this is Adriane smith deliberately submitted a document to the court without my signature on it so i could not be present at the hearings ,Adrian smith is a liar and a fraud he should not be allowed to practice law anywhere!

Truly an amazing relief to have all of my concerns and questions answered! Adrian went out of his way to make me know that my case was important to him! Thank you Adrian!
