Spoke with me directly. Totally professional, honest and direct. I feel like I immediately have an advocate for myself and my 95 year old mother. Kind of a gentle way of engaging with me, in his manner of questions and answers. So refreshing in comparison to others in business that I have encountered. Seems to hold the space of compassion, which is so lovely in this day and age!!! I have met with him on 3 different occasions, and once with my Mother.
