Jared Justice has helped me through some tough times. I made some very large mistakes. Jared helped me to get through the terrible process. He helped me take accountability for my actions without spending years in jail, which is amazing. Beyond that Jared is never hard to reach. I never once got the feeling money motivated him. I couldn’t believe someone would fight so hard for me. Jared is a true hero.

My first DUI and I was in a real bad headspace. Jared brought a sense of calm, confidence, and honest professionalism that helped to see me through the process and the completion of my Divergence program. Jarod is a true professional. There is no doubt about his knowledge or skill level as an attorney, but what I found most refreshing was how personable he was. My criminal case consisted of 5 counts and I was completely devastated. The original plea bargain was to drop all charges except for 1 count of which was a felony charge. Jared was able to negotiate and get that charge dropped to a misdemeanor but the DA would only agree if I accepted all the other charges as misdemeanors. This frightened me but Jared consulted me the significance of 1 felony has compared to misdemeanor charges and ultimately gave me the decision to make. Everything went accordingly as planned during sentencing but the impact that this has had on me and my family will take much time to heal. I appreciate Jared always being available to respond to my calls, emails and texts. I think I was a unique client to Jared because of all the questions and scenarios I would ask of him. I was quite anxious and at times I would repeat a question or restate it in several different ways because I wanted to know all possible outcomes, which is quite impossible. I appreciate his willingness to hear me out and work with me during a difficulty and impactful time of my life. Thank you.

After my DUI I thought it would be best to consult with an attorney to understand exactly what the process would look like & what to expect. Jared Justice is very professional, knowledgeable and showed to be well known in our legal system. During one of my court appearances, the judge, and the D.A, did not know certain guidelines for another case, that he was not even representing. The judge, and the D.A., looked over at Mr. justice, and asked him if he happened to know the guidelines, which he was able to answer their question. It was a little humorous. Jared always explained things very well and made me feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend Jared Justice!
