My grandfather used him when his aunt died. Wendell communicated very well the whole time to make sure my grandfather understood what he needed to do and what to expect throughout the whole process. I would truly highly recommend him if anyone else has to deal with this process.

I have never been introduced to such a nice caring man. And his secretary is the best. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

At the end of February, Crag Law Center referred my neighbors and I to Jesse Bruss and Willamette Law Group when our City Council submitted biased ballot language for a municipal project with environmental impact concerns. The process for challenging ballot language in Oregon is onerous and has a short filing deadline. Despite Jesse's busy schedule during the election season, he made time for us, listened to our concerns, and assisted us in drafting and submitting a petition to the Multnomah County courts before the deadline. He even made himself available over the weekend to accommodate the tight timeline, which we greatly appreciated, although not expected. Our city ultimately conceded, and we are now working towards creating fair and unbiased language for a future ballot initiative. I highly recommend Jesse and Willamette Law Group. While I am not litigious, I have worked with various attorneys in my profession, and I was thoroughly impressed by Jesse's attention to detail, communication (specifically about his availability), and willingness to listen before providing a solution. I encourage you to hire him!

Wendell helped my wife Karen to settle the estate of her deceased Aunt. We knew nothing about probate and he helped us with the process. Unfortunately we found out did not need probate so he adjusted his fees accordingly. Wendell and Lori were very helpful and no questions or concerns were unanswered in a timely manner. Very knowledgeable and professional.

Called Talked To Jesse. Seemed more interested in repeatedly mentioning he had been arguing in front of the Oregon supreme court than anything else . gave him my info. Waited for a return call if he was interested in taking my case . Waited a week , then two weeks . Nothing called his voicemail twice , No reply . Then called the answering service .NOTHING . Hey If you didn't want to rep me ? No problem . Have the professional courtesy to say it . Whatever lame reply or response is moot at this point after three attempted contacts on two different sources. I know you received one . No problem I settled the case myself . O stars for not even responding . Super lame .. save any response. I got 3/3 of the settlement .

Down to earth, old school attorney. Friendly atmosphere. I'm very pleased with their service.

Having little experience with lawyers, especially dealing with sensitive documents as wills, I was very pleased with Wendell's patient explanations of our wants and needs. We left feeling confident that our affairs were finally in order and taken care of with trust.
