My husband was in a work accident on Feb 12, 2020 where he was a passenger in a company truck. The driver hit a patch of black ice and rolled down a small embankment. After the first ER visit they told him he had contusions and sent him home. That weekend he was unable to move due to pain so he made another ER visit where that doctor actually did x-rays and turned out that he had a fracture of his C6 and C7 vertebrae in his neck. At this point I knew we needed a lawyer and being from Missouri we didn't know who would be the best. So we contacted Marc and he was absolutely amazing! He was there every step of the way (the whole 2 years). Never sugar coated anything kept us very informed about what may happen to what might happen then to whaT happened with the end results.Marc and his team come highly recommended from my husband. AAAA+++

I am changing my review because I was able to talk with the kind gentleman here at Johnston Law. The gentleman was very prompt and explained what was going on and I thank you for that as that means alot on this day and age where alot of companies have fallen short on the customer service end. I wish that Google did a better job on filtering what you are searching and services rendered should be stated cut an dry as apparently google is still in the stages that 50% of the time it is wrong. In short, thank you for your time and I hope that something good comes of this.

My family and I were in a very catastrophic accident where our family car was taken out by a semi-truck. This left my son and I seriously injured and my daughter in a fight for her life. My daughter was internally decapitated and was never supposed to walk, talk, or eat ever again. When my family was severely damaged and trying to be there for our daughter Marc came into our life like a guardian angel. He went out of his way to come to the hospital and meet with us, he even brought my children stuffed animals for their hospital room. It might not seem like much but it’s the little things like this that truly made a difference for our family. From the day forward we were just able to focus on my daughter and her recovery knowing that Marc had our back and was going to do everything he could to get my daughter what she deserved. My daughter is walking, talking, and eating again. Although she still has her difficulties my family and her are very grateful for Marc. In the legal battle that went on for years after the accident we were just able to focus on healing and getting better. We were able to do this because we knew we were in good hands and didn’t have to worry about anything. Being able to focus on getting our family healed while knowing Marc and his team were working endlessly on our case made all the difference in the world. Marc Johnston and the Johnston Law Firm are some of the best people to ever walk into my family’s life. They went above and beyond what was ever expected of them and always put my family’s best interest at the forefront with everything that they did. I never thought I would consider a Law Firm family, but I truly do. Marc is the only attorney I have ever met that truly cares about his clients and will do whatever it takes to get the best results for you and your family. Marc and the whole Johnston Law Firm are truly caring and compassionate people that is always concerned about my family’s wellbeing.
