Mark needs to work on his delivery/professionalism. Would not use this business.

Mark was so kind to take the time out of his busy day to make sure all of my needs were met within one phone call! He was very kind, courteous, respectful, and informative. He is hands down one of the best lawyers in Oregon

I was hit by a car while cycling. Rob agreed to fight for me when I shared my story with him. He and Rosie expertly guided me through each step in the process. They answered my questions, explained the finer details, and kept me up-to-date. By the end of the case, they successfully secured compensation and tied up all the loose ends as well. I traveled from out of state December 2020 to file a Motion to Set Aside with Ben from Cogan Law and was charged $1750.00 and was assured that it would be 60-90 days. Later, after several emails and calls I was told that Covid had slowed things down, but they would get me an update. Never happened. I went through this several times over the year. October 2021 I finally received a response from Ben at Cogan Law with attached paperwork dated July 2021. Only days after I was assured that my money was well spent and they would get me an update. Needless to say, they take your money after assurances and then do next to nothing, and you get no results for almost a year. 10/10 would never recommend them to anyone.... ....as a side note, you can file your own motion to set aside for less than $400 and there is even an indigent option for low income peoples... don't let these guys screw you out of your hard earned money.

I had called the office twice over two weeks, and was told that Mark would get in touch. Never heard from him. Why do people start a business, advertise their services, and then drop the ball when a potential client solicits their business? My expectation is that a legal professional would be reliable. I’m glad I’ve discovered that this one isn’t, before writing a check. I’ll be looking for another attorney instead.

Rob and Rosie were excellent to work with! They always kept me informed as to what was going on and worked to ensure the best possible outcome for me financially. I would 100% recommend them to family and friends.

I typically utilize attorneys to do a deep dive into detail to find areas that are detrimental to my situation. This firm did nothing but charge me a lot of money with no attention to detail and no suggestions to better my standing. They placated to my ex and the other attorneys and made no suggestions or changes on my behalf. It was 100% one-sided. I came out of my divorce with nothing and the other party with everything. Nothing positive came from this. I could have done nothing and come out better. It still haunts me today. Their lack of oversight and concern on my behalf during the process was and is staggering. Go elsewhere for solid representation.

Its all about the $money$ No more pro-Bonno?

This gentleman helped me from being scammed and I couldn't appreciate it more. He knew what he was talking about, he knew these peoples scam and called it out play by play. Thank you Mr. Cogan.
