I had the privilege and honor to be referred to Attorneys David and Ben Eder. I found my way to Mr. Eder through highly respected friends. I was initially looking at three years in Prison. After taking a hard look at the evidence, it was clear the only way out was to mitigate. Mr. Eder, Ben, is highly respected by the judges and prosecutors he works with daily. Ben was able to present the mitigating circumstances of my case to the prosecution, giving them a reason to lower my sentence to 90 days with alternate sentencing access. Out of 90 days, I spent seven days in custody and was granted home detention for an additional 40 days. The outcome wasn't a miracle; it was the product of hard work, assessing the situation, and utilizing the total sum of the circumstances surrounding me and my case to negotiate a just result.
