I had a rather simple divorce (no children, divisible property), but paid over $40k for my divorce. That, unfortunately, is not my complaint. I disputed overages on an appraisal to the tune of $8k because I had evidence that the appraisal was flawed and my ex caused the overages by withholding information. I had timely paid all my bills and in correspondence with Mr. Miller, I was disputing the amount. He did not even first bill me - he put a LIEN on my house - and then I received a bill. My attorney did not work with me at all and only added insult to injury at one of the lowest points in my life. This is one of the worst people I have ever met, much less hired to be my advocate

I was a client of Brad's this past year and couldn’t recommend him more. He is kind, thoughtful, and insightful. It was such a relief to have him by my side. The knowledge that if the mediation became too confrontational or threatening I could turn everything over to Brad, allowed me to not feel trapped or cornered. Brad was very helpful in a process that can be very uncomfortable. He suggested to me many different ways of putting a marriage agreement together. He is an outstanding attorney and wouldn't recommend anyone else for a marriage agreement.
