Mr. Cogan an his team did a wonderful job representing our family! We worked with Richard McBreen throughout a case for our son. Mr. McBreen was wonderful to communicate with, took all the time needed to explain or answer questions, we never felt under informed, and always felt confident in his guidance. We would have never imagined needing to hire a criminal defense attorney, but we were incredibly grateful for the expertise and guidance of this firm. I left a voicemail for Mr. Cogan late in the afternoon. I expected to be ignored, because no other law firm had bothered to return my call regarding my child being cited with an MIP (Class B violation), and, juvenile law in Oregon. I haven’t had a need for an attorney ever, and therefore I didn’t know what to expect. Mr. Cogan returned my call immediately. He didn’t make me feel rushed. Through his interviewing skills, he peeled back the issues at hand. He gave me guidance and, the confidence to proceed forward.
