I was in a bind with a legal matter and had just released my previous attorney. I wrote Tate a message here on the Avvo site and Tate was kind enough to call me immediately to discuss my estate issue. What I really liked about this attorney is that he was straight forward right from the start. He told me that estate issues is not where his expertise are most effective. Tate's first concern was to put me with the very best attorney that would be perfect for my situation. Tate went above and beyond to contact another attorney for me and even set up the greeting. I met the attorney that Tate recommended and my husband and I love her. This has been such a good experience that Tate has given me back good faith in attorneys again, and not all attorneys are out to make a quick dollar. I first met Tate Justesen when I went into Grace Family Law for what I thought would be a one-time consultation on issues of Custody and Parenting Time. It was shortly thereafter that we found ourselves in a situation needing swift and emergency action. Tate, along with the help of a colleague, responded immediately with a good deal of effort, research and thoughtful consideration for our case. Ours was not a usual case, and there were a number of potential roadblocks. However, within the first week, thanks to Tate's thorough approach and willingness to go the extra mile, we passed the first major hurdle, much to our relief. I have had the opportunity to work with Tate for over a year and he is great to work with, in addition to being an excellent attorney. My ex refused settlement offers and mediation, and subsequently brought many frivolous legal actions against me during the last year.
