Jonathan is a professional colleague of mine. He has an outstanding reputation as a tax lawyer in the Portland legal community. He is also always willing to consult with another lawyer on tax issues. I have given his name out to individuals seeking tax advice outside of my expertise with very positive results.

Jonathan assisted us through the acquisition of two businesses. One transaction was relatively complex with real property, shareholders, etc. He was very responsive and spot on with his review and recommendations. Jonathan will continue to represent us whenever there is a need. I also found Jonathan to be fair when it came to billing... I never worried I was being billed for something I didn't receive.
