I have had the good fortune of having Gregory L Abbott answer some Property Management questions that I have posted and in each case I received a concise, thorough, and professional response. I have also read his responses to questions posted by others which has further enriched my knowledge as a Property Manager. I would not hesitate to hire him to represent me should the need ever arise as I have full confidence of his knowledge of the Oregon Landlord Tenant and Fair Housing laws. My problem was addressed to the extent possible and correctly assessed given not much information from myself, and I feel that I now have new avenues to explore to help resolve my situation, extremely helpful as well as quite a relief to now have something to do.

To be honest , I really didn't expect a response ...Not only did I get one, but in less than 10 min from posting it! Mr Abbott , you have no idea the service you gave me. Im at my witts end with people not doing what's right. I don't understand it , and it disgusts me . I want to ruffle feathers on pure principle not to mention the legality of my situation. I know my situation isn't the worst but it is illegal. They expect us not to do anything for fear of retaliation (which they've tried already) but I'm done being bullied because I'm disabled and have no money...I want to make a point beyond winning of course but for others like me. Make a stand and hope my situation helps others to fight back with theirs.... You gave me the support I needed to find my strength again and not be a victim. (Obviously, this isn't the only thing that brought me down ) pretty dramatic I know...but you helped me back up, nonetheless! Thank you , I wish you were local...
