I can't come up with the right words to express my appreciation for the work that Jeremiah and Phoebe did on my behalf. I had a car accident and needed a lawyer to help me with the pain and suffering case. Phoebe was so understanding and sympathetic, dealing with my many questions with a ton of patience as I had never dealt with a lawyer before. Jeremiah was thorough in his explanations and his timeline was spot on as to how long he thought the settlement would take. I would hire them in an instant if I had the need again.

Jeremiah and Phoebe are absolutely phenomenal to work with. Communication is wonderful, they answer all your questions without making you feel silly and I've always felt like they genuinely cared about me as a person and not just another case. They took care of me and got me the results I deserved. Will definitely be using them in the future if needed.

For me the service was spotty. My personal attorney was not as reliable as his word. Further, Matt Kaplan isn't customer centric, which is backwards in my opinion. In the end, the result of the service wouldn't have been enough to counter the service itself. A solid one star is all that I can give them.
