I never knew that it was possible for an attorney to have so much expertise and empathy, all wrapped up in one package. Initially, contacted Michael out of frustration with my cell phone company and he gave me some solid advice which resulted in a credit to my account. At the same time, my wife was working with a personal trainer who was suddenly let go by (blank) fitness. She had paid close to a couple of thousand dollars and still had more than half the sessions to go. Sadly, the contract she signed was clear in that NO REFUNDS were to be issued.
