Jim helped write a creative contract for our professional photo and video agency. It is a specialist contract for creatives and encompasses many bespoke terms for copyright and photographer specific terms as well as come special sub-contractor agreements, etc. He was knowledgeable and also took extra time to research areas that were not already in his wheelhouse. He was prompt and kind.
