This attorney only does student loans (pro bono) cases, which when I called a week ago was never Stated to me, also I was instructed to call down to the Oregon bankruptcy clinic and fill out an application and speak to attorney and refer Michael fuller which was incorrect and now a whole week wasted playing the waiting game on misinformed Information. Worse experience and terrible customer service. I would not recommend going thru them, You would have better luck waiting 3 months to be assigned a random attorney (which Michael brushed me off and stated). Poor service. Really frustrated ! Needed help and was turned away after tome was already wasted.

Michael Fuller is amazing! There needs to be more people like him in this world. He stands up for what is right. He is thorough and gets the job done in a timely manner. Thank you Michael for a job well done!

Michael ended up helping me spontaneously with a ruthless debt collector. Although I didn’t qualify for his Class Action, he continued to assist me through what felt like a minefield of communication with them and as a result I’m avoiding a much bigger headache. I’m so grateful for his generous advice and availability!!!

I'm not sure why this lawyer has glowing reviews. I don't like it when I see people portrayed as a hero when money is the real motivation. The first time I contacted him was 3 years ago and he told me I would have a good chance of getting my student loans discharged through bankruptcy. However he would not do it unless I gave him $1600 up front and said he doubted anyone else would either. He did not help me about my student loans and his advice was "just don't pay it". I have a serious situation going on and have contacted everyone from city attorneys and dept of education investigators, the consumer protection bureaus etc. I have an open and shut case with fraud, but the one thing I don't have is upfront money and Mr. Fuller would not receive enough from this so it is not worth his while. So while the supposed underdog lawyer goes on fighting huge corporations and claiming to be pro bono, he gets a good settlement from those companies as well as TV publicity. I don't usually go out of my way to write a negative review. I just don't like to see people glorified when they don't really help the underdog. But I suppose my review will be taken down because as a lawyer he can probably get away with it. Update 7/8/2020: Like I said, he will get away with it because he is a Lawyer. He just updated his response to "look" like a nice guy who does'nt lie. You can't just take pictures of yourself with little kids and portray yourself as a good person. The truth will be told. You can't get friends and family for five star reviews or whatever it is you did to get them. You told me it was $1600 and I didn't have the money, so you referred me to someone else from legal aid. Now that you are going to perjure yourself as well, I am going to contact legal aid and explain to them what you did! I was willing to let your response go, because I know you don't like negative reviews. I saw you harrass other people who gave a negative review also. But now that you're going to be false again, I'm not going to tolerate it. Luckily I found a good lawyer, He couldn't believe that I had been going through this for so long with an open and shut case. Thank God it got handled by someone who really has a heart. As for you Mr. Fuller I would suggest you do more good deeds for the community and take less pictures.

I don't know where I would be without Michael Fuller! When an aggressive trust fund wrongfully took all my money (over an old loan) and I felt hopeless without a voice, Michael was there fighting for me! If not for him, I would have been completely displaced, losing my apartment and probably would not have been able to finish my degree. Honorable people like Michael are worth their weight in gold! I can't thank him enough for making things right.
