Before getting ahold of Micheal, I called about 15 different lawyer offices just trying to get some legal advice, and each told me they wouldn't help unless I paid a consultation fee. However Micheal asked me some questions and gave me great advice on how to move forward with my issues, without charging me a dime. He also told me to give him a call if something else comes up, and he would give me advice on what to do next.

Our family has had three opportunities to utilize Travis' services over the past two years. In 2011 I did a chapter 7 bankruptcy (all debts discharged). In 2013 my old mortgage company sold my discharged loan to another (new) company, who then came after me for payments. I had used Olsen Danes before and they were very good. I contacted them and was referred to Michael Fuller. He was terrific from the first meeting until the end of the case! He has great communication (he even gave me his personal cell# to ensure I was in the loop), gave me sound and pertinent advice, he seemed untiring in his fight for my case. In the end he forced the new company to settle with me. Then thanks to his excellent research and diligent work he found we were within the statue of limitations to sue my old mortgage company for selling my discharged loan. Again he was able to force them to settle!! Thanks to Michael it was an incredible victory for me and a large financial monkey lifted off my back! By the way, all of his staff are extremely helpful and prompt in their service. What a huge relief it is for me to know that there is a lawyer out there who is not afraid to take on the "big corporate firms" for the common man like me.
