I was planning on starting a nanobrewery and needed to trademark a name. He did the research and then my funds were wiped out in a family emergency. So he waited patiently until I got new funding, we finally had a face-to-face, we discussed the new name to be researched and helping with licensing paperwork. Then I had an emotional meltdown and decided to not go through with it. Alex was so great, so patient. Thanks Alex!
