I am writing to share my deeply disappointing experience with McKinley Irvin, particularly with Courtney Bellio, who I had the unfortunate chance of working with. My experience was far from what I had expected and, at times, shockingly unprofessional. Courtney Bellio, handled my family law case, and I was left feeling misrepresented and frustrated. Throughout my case, communication was a constant issue. Courtney Bellio took over two weeks to respond to important emails, leaving me in the dark during critical stages of the process. This lack of timely and accurate communication made an already stressful situation much worse. Additionally, there never seemed to be a clear strategy for my case, and at times, I as the client had to step in to direct the strategy, which should never happen.

Courtney handled my divorce case very efficiently. I felt confident in her guidance. She is very knowledgeable in the law, a very strong advocate, and very understanding of the special circumstances of the difficult divorce. I highly recommended her.

Courtney's trial presence is very impressive. It's refreshing to see an attorney so prepared to argue her case--it is evident she takes the time necessary to be ready for court. Her professionalism, talent and charisma are top notch and everyone should feel great about having her represent you.
