We can not say enough good things about Erin. Her family law expertise has truly helped us with my husband's parenting plan case. Throughout this stressful ordeal, Erin has made us feel supported, understood, and that she is doing her best for us. She and her staff worked hard to help get a successful outcome for our circumstances. We recommend Erin above all if someone needs a family law attorney.

Yes we hired Erin and for two years paid her a lot of money, not even to go to trial, she left us abandoned after going with the other side she got paid and left us hanging to represent our selves in a very large custody battle, I would not suggest going with this attorney!

Erin is wonderful. I went through a very lengthy, messy, and litigious divorce and hired multiple lawyers. I wish I had Erin representing me the entire time. I would have likely not had to go through many of the additional and unnecessary court cases as she would have gotten the divorce agreement right from the beginning. When going through this process it is important to have someone who will guide you appropriately and actually care about the outcome for you- not just the amount they are able to charge you for erroneous court cases. Erin will walk you through your options and guide you through the process. While we did try to avoid court, it was impossible with the other involved party. Erin is thorough and tough and gets the job done. In my case our outcome couldn't have been better and I truly believe it is because I had Erin and her team representing me.

I have mixed feedback on Erin. There were a handful of issues, where I would likely not hire her again. Something important was forgotten to be submitted with the filing, which causes the court to reject it and it had to be reprocessed with extended the whole process by months. I had an attorney before her that had to resign due to a family emergency, and she said it was due to her not submitting it. But it's important to make sure all the boxes are checked, I think since this is a very expensive, stressful and long process. The status didn't seem to be checked on, and I had to check in in order to see that there was an issue as to why it was taking so long. There were some extremely important decisions to be made that were contingent on the judgment being signed, so it was a very long and stressful process to wait. I tried calling her a couple of times and left an urgent message about these issues with the receptionist and did not receive any calls back. She did say that her preference was for me to leave messages with a brief summary to the receptionist, which I tried. There was an issue with Libel from the other party, which she strongly agreed was the case but she said we need to wait for the judgment to be signed before bringing it to the attention of the other party and requesting that it be removed. Once the judgment was signed, she sent it over in an email and said she would shortly get back with next steps. I never heard from her again, and it has been almost 3 months. The Libel issue was never brought up to the other party that I am aware of. As far as I know, it is still on the internet for my family and friends to see. I was sent an itemized bill saying she had officially withdrew as my attorney some weeks later- which is a normal process, but I didn't hear anything back again which I thought was odd and a bit frustrating for me. On the plus side, when my court date was approaching she did prioritize my case and worked hours into the night and over the weekend. She was preparing for court at the same time as attempting to negotiate a settlement so I understand that can be complicated and tricky. She didn't follow through very well once the dust settled, but the job was done.

Erin Morris is my attorney right now, she really is so wonderful. If you need someone who is intelligent, caring, professional, personable, and hardworking, she is the attorney you want to hire. I always feel more confident and less stressed out after working with her. She has truly helped me navigate this difficult and unnerving time in my life, with grace and calmness.

I first contacted Erin after doing a bit of research from these same reviews, so I felt compelled to add my own experience hoping it helps someone else. Knowing I was going to have an uphill battle she seemed like the one that would fight the hardest, so I went with my gut on this one, it couldn't have went better . When I said uphill challenge I wasn't exaggerating. My first meeting I told my story about my battle with my ex that I shared a son with. I had 2 criminal convictions because of loosing my cool with my sons mother one of which was pretty bad when she brought a guy that was inappropriate around my son. So without going into to much detail the second time was about a year and a half ago I threatened her when she tried to take my son away from me and get all my money once again, once again I got incarcerated. I told Erin I needed this badly to get my son and get her out of my life for good. I dont believe she was optimistic at first but still faught hard for me and my son. In the beginning I told her about my ex and it was probably pretty hard for her to believe and I always looked like the loose cannon to everyone before so.... but I always told her exactly how it was and she later found out I wasn't kidding . Long story short, Erin got me full custody of my son and 100٪ attorney fees reimbursed! She is amazing! I would have been fine not even getting my fees back after getting custody. Best thing that hes ever happened to me besides having my son to begin with. Good luck, and one other thing I can add is patience pays off. I was not always the most pleasant to work for I'm sure. It was a little frustrating but hindsight, well worth it.

Wow! Erin is absolutely brilliant. I needed immediate representation over the Holiday week. Erin was able to assess my situation quickly during our consultation and got to work right away. I feel she fought for me like a sister -she was a tenacious advocate. I am dyslexic so, Erin had to work extra hard to make sure I understood all aspects of my case. I felt she was as invested in me as much as I was in her. I received a full dismissal of some very serious charges. I am forever grateful. I feel blessed to have found Erin.
