Howard Newman was the perfect attorney for the non-profit corporation I direct. He was very easy to work with and worked well with the various other attorneys working on our case. Howard is a strong attorney that uses his knowledge and expertise to ensure that his clients are treated the way they deserve and get what they deserve. He is a straight shooter and will lay out all of your options. I strongly recommend contacting Howard if you are a Director at a non-profit that has found itself in a dispute. As a non-profit, we can not afford to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars on a legal battle, and Howard knew that. He was able to work out a settlement that was very beneficial for our company.
