I am writing this review not only to show appreciation to this lawyer, but in hopes that certain key words help another in the future.
Waste management totaled my parked car as I was operating my small business [cleaning company]. The driver fled and insurance did not cover all my losses. This attorney & his assistant Jennifer helped me recover my losses. They sent a demand letter and within 30 days the other party settled.

I have been working with Jim for a bit now and only have great things to say. From the start this was an odd/difficult case but he never hesitated to help me and assured me throughout this whole process. The urgency and diligence on the matter was more than I could have asked for. On top of going above and beyond for me he did what he could to make everything as affordable as possible. Overall he is very professional, personable and actually cares about his clients. I would recommend him to anyone going through legal troubles. Thank you for everything you do Jim!

Mike & his team won for me! When all others doubted( besides Jesus) “Unconditional Surrender!!” , “Complete Dismissal!!” No longer living in fear of homelessness as a disabled person. Bless Underdog Law & Praise to God, is how I celebrate our win. 3 months I defended myself, no lawyer, then Mike Fuller swooped in ( divine intervention) and it all went away in less then 5 days. Even when times seemed hard and hopeless these guys stuck by my side with nothing to offer but helping me put an end to a long history of emotional pain and suffering.
