Other law firms wouldn’t even call me back for my claim because it wasn’t worth their time. Travis and his team took the lead and made sure things were taken off my shoulders. After hundreds of phone calls, conflicting information from their agents, and no responses to my written letters I finally contacted Michael Fuller. He was knowledgeable and guided me through the process putting in many hours to make things right. He helped me understand that what they did was illegal and he took on the giant with me. I couldn't cut through the corporate red tape myself so he helped me do that. I would highly recommend using him in situations like this. We won our case and even after the win he was able to find fine print in the company's own documents that allowed for an even larger amount than was initially awarded. I am happy with every aspect of our interactions. It is possible to stand up to a corporation, no matter how large!

After getting sick of dealing with Frontier these guys took over for me and did all the paperwork and got me a bigger settlement than I expected. I had to do a bit more follow up than expected and had to correspond with several people, but Mr. Fuller was also more responsive and available than expected. I would use them again.
