Initially, contacted Michael out of frustration with my cell phone company and he gave me some solid advice which resulted in a credit to my account. At the same time, my wife was working with a personal trainer who was suddenly let go by (blank) fitness. She had paid close to a couple of thousand dollars and still had more than half the sessions to go. Sadly, the contract she signed was clear in that NO REFUNDS were to be issued.
