The paralegal is a sweet lady. Unfortunately I've been trying to obtain help from this firm for years regarding the same issue to no success of getting help. It's very difficult being a minority in the northwest because we don't receive fair treatment or consideration like everyone else. My heart is broken due to the evil world we live in, and I guess it'll stay that way until I die.
