I contacted Kristen McCall some weeks after being run down off my bike by a pickup truck. I had psychological trauma and multiple injuries, one of which ended up needing major surgery a year after the accident, with a year-long recovery from that. Throughout all of the ups and downs, Kristen helped me stay focused on getting better as quickly and as well as I could, while she managed the insurance and legal aspects. She helped me get the best compensation from the insurance company that I think I could have gotten. I'm completely satisfied with the outcome. I hope I never need legal counsel again, but if I do, I'll go straight to Kristen.

I was so surprised to see the negative review of Chris Larson! Chris worked with me/my family a couple of years ago, over the course of several weeks and I couldn't have been more impressed with anyone's commitment, hard work, compassion and diligent efforts on our case! He did a stellar job for us in our three day court case and while we did not prevail, we felt very sure that our representation by Pickett, Dummigan, McCall was the best we could have had, and we were gratified to have had our "day in court". Chris was very responsive to emails, was fully prepared and informed about my case, informing me about the process of jury trials, possible scenarios, back up plans that were in place, etc. The firm works together so well that I actually got to meet and work with 4 of the lawyers over the course of my exploring with them the viability of pursuing a lawsuit, various stages of fact-finding, depositions, etc. I wonder if the reviewer that reported Chris as unresponsive actually had correct contact information?? My family and I have nothing but praise for the ethical and professional attitude and practice of Chris Larson and the other attorneys at Pickett, Dummigan, McCall who helped us through the difficult legal process we undertook.

I had a very difficult case and kept getting rejected and dropped from other firms. I was in a motor vehicle accident and waited a few months to get treatment for my injuries. Because of the amount of time that passed, my insurance company wouldn't cover the hefty bills I racked up. I hired a lawyer shortly after only for the firm to drop my case about 4 months before statute of limitations was up. I was 20 at the time and getting married in a few months, so I was desperate to find another legal representative. Unfortunately, my case was such a risk that it was denied by several lawyers. When I called Kimberly she was very honest and knew the odds were stacked against me, but she took on my case anyway. She bumped my case to top priority and worked hard to finish months and months worth of work in our limited time frame. She remained honest and thoroughly communicated with me in terms that I would understand, which I really appreciate. It was almost impossible to get a good outcome, but she got me out of a sticky situation and today I'm completely debt free. I would highly reccomend Kimberly. She's brilliant.

Extremely disappointed working with Chris Larsen. Emailed him several times along with several phone calls and he hasn't returned my calls/emails. Does not seem interested in helping me out with my case, the least he can do is call or email me back. This is extremely unprofessional...... I will be looking for a new lawyer to work with.

I couldnt be more happy with the outcome that Kimberly did for me. She is a excellent lawyer and is very caring and willing to get things done just right for you.
