After my auto accident, Travis and his team helped me confront the insurance company so I could get the medical treatment I needed. When my treatment was completed Travis help me get a settlement that was recompense to the financial, emotional and physical loss I had suffered.

It says underdog, but they couldn't help me

Last year I was seriously depressed and going through hell with my Landlord at the time and I really did not know where to go or what to do. My former landlord was refusing to fix my plumbing and filing illegal evictions against me in an attempt to intimidate me and pressure me to move. I had been paying rent through the pandemic when so many others were not able without fail. I reached out to Legal Aid in Oregon however due to their case load they were unable to help me however Megan from Legal Aid referred to Michael Fuller . The Underdog team has done nothing but support me and protect my interest as well as my sons since our initial conversation. Michael, Emily and Kevin represented me every step of the way and I happy to report that we settled the case with a Judgement in my favor. My former landlord lost and the Single Mother as he called me won.. The women that he harassed and threatened she won and he lost. The person that he deemed as beneath him and not worthy of a safe and clean environment to raise her son in won and he lost. Travis and his team are amazing. They were extremely helpful and understanding of what I wanted and needed after my motor vehicle accident. They explained things in a way I could understand and helped me find the best course of action for both my son and I. Because of they're help I was able to get my first home and my son will have a nice amount when he is older, allowing him the freedom to get a head start on his financial needs when he's older. I've retained the Law Office of Travis Mayor on (2) separate motor vehicle accidents, where I sustained physical injuries, and suffered time loss. In both cases Travis, and his paralegal assistant Talitha (she goes by Tally), fought rigorously to gain the most compensation they could achieve on my behalf. It was both a blessing, and a comfort, knowing I was in good hands. His legal costs are fair and reasonable, not to mention his rate/fee is equal to or less than, any other attorney would charge. The difference *in my opinion*, is that when you hire Travis (vs another attorney firm), you will gain the highest amount possible, most of the time even more than expected! For example, in my most recent case that just settled after 10 months of litigation, Travis managed to get the other party to increase their final settlement offer up by thousands of dollars from the original offered amount ($)! Yes, that means he gains more in his pocket too (based on his fee structure), but that also means you (the client) also walked away with more $ than you would have otherwise! That's a win-win the way I see it! Thank you again, Travis. I hope that won't be involved in another motor vehicle accident, but if I am, you will always be the attorney I call first! p.s.
