Tom Brasier was the second lawyer I obtained for my custody case in Vancouver Washington and I am extremely grateful that I chose to work with Tom. He was very trustworthy and treated me like an actual human being. He has helped me get through every stage of my parenting plan and never talked to me like a robot that just wanted money ( which I completely respect ) He was very straight forward and kept me informed on what was going on with the other parties involved. I have found his prices reasonable.

I came to Tom after spending a little more than a year and a half & nearly $50,000 with a different attorney. I retained Tom a couple of years ago for a complicated child custody case. Tom was very proactive in attacking my case, and was great at applying pressure to the opposing counsel to follow through. My attorney prior to Tom was one who did very little and seemed to have trouble getting motions filed. Tom and his staff seemed to do a great job with getting my motions filed. He was very understanding that I didn't have unlimited funds, and he was able to keep our conversations direct and to the point. I'm a man, and I ended up getting full custody of my daughter which was the best conceivable outcome in our case. I understand that every case is different and no lawyer can promise an outcome. However, had I listened to the advice of the attorney I had before Tom then things wouldn't have turned out well. If I hadn't retained Tom and taken the legal tact we used then I am certain that my daughter would still be exposed to an unhealthy situation.
