I would give Roy Law LLC a 10-star rating if I could. I was denied medical benefits twice by Aetna (who was my medical insurance provider through my employer) and needed help desperately. I put my faith in the law firm (Darrin and Kali) and they worked so hard to get me approved. They are timely, excellent with follow-up, very professional and did an amazing job in dealing with a very difficult non-customer friendly insurance group. I would encourage everyone that is dealing with a denial or uncertainty in what to do next, to contact Roy Law LLC. I couldn't be happier with them. They relieved a massive amount of stress for me and could do the same for you.

Gonzalez was more knowledgeable, and helpful through the whole process of helping my wife change status and navigate the required government process to become a legal resident. No other attorneys were as on top of the process or upfront! None of which was easy.

i hired this firm to represent me with a Long Term Disability claim provided by my employer. I began having a medical condition that caused me to stop working after 42 years. I was grateful to find out that my company had me enrolled in a long term disability insurance program. When I first began my new life of not working, I had thought that the long term disability insurance would take care of me. I was sooo wrong. The first few months were a short term disability nightmare. After the short term was completed, I transitioned to long term disability. The insurance company told me that my experience would improve and I would have a follow up in a couple years. That was not true. Soon after, the LTD company left me a voicemail saying they were stopping my payments. Yes, via voicemail. I began to research my options and found that I could appeal. But I only had one chance at doing it. I researched further and spoke to several attorney offices that represent LTD clients. Roy Law has done an awesome job with my case. They have been there for me and my family fighting for the benefits that I am entitled to. After attempting to deal with my disability insurance company on my own and getting nowhere I found Chris Roy. He doesn't generally take cases like mine, however after reading up on it he took it out of principle. Chris and his staff were great to deal with, they were compassionate, caring and understanding. I wish no one would have to deal with an unscrupulous insurance company but if you do Roy Law Group would be an excellent choice.

I recently was in need of an Attorney that specializes in Long Term Disability Insurance. I was denied after I had been previously approved for Long Term Disability from my companies insurance carrier Sun Life. Everyone please understand that if you are initially approved, all insurance carriers can after 2 years re-evaluate your case. The majority of these cases that go under this type of re-evaluation are denied. I looked up and called several Attorney offices some on the national level and some local offices.
