The Attorney and Legal Assistant assigned to my claim were very knowledgeable and thorough. Although never having the privilege of personally meeting Jesse other than a hour telephone interview, Kali consistently provided case details, requests, status, and support. They guided the whole process of collecting exhibits and supported statements to present to the insurance company. My denied LTD claim was reversed and compensation was granted.
