Jim and his staff are excellent. From our very first meet we appreciated how he spoke true, answered all of our questions with respect and treated us with dignity. Jim communicated in a way that we understood, took time to explain, worked around our schedule and was fun! How often can you say that about a lawyer? He made the whole process go as smooth as possible, even when it was uncomfortable and sticky. We appreciate Jim more than words can say. Accidents are physical and mentally difficult. Roy and Team made it way less mentally difficult. I could work on healing while they took care of the rest. Their diligence and frequent updates gave me peace of mind. While I would definitely work with them again, I hope I don't need their services.
