I was able to get my Green Card here in Portland afternoon 23 years. I am very happy and excited I can finally travel back home to Guatemala. Jeff helped the process go by very fast and took les than expected.

I was able to get my green card via widow self petition in 4 months, I was pleasantly surprised. I am very grateful and thankful with Jeffrey and his staff. I highly recommend this law firm and will continue to work with them for my children's case.

Don't walk, RUNNN!! Head straight to Google and conduct your research! Trust me, there are plenty of excellent law firms out there that are more affordable, offer better communication, and genuinely care about their clients. I signed a contract with this firm eight years ago. After signing a contract with one lawyer, my case was transferred to another inexperienced attorney without any notification. If you ask me what I regret the most, it's wasting my time with them. Their billing process is beyond comprehension, almost as if they're not a large firm utilizing standard technology. When I requested a detailed bill to illustrate all the hours worked on my case throughout the years, they initially refused. They insisted I schedule a call with one of their attorneys and informed me it would cost $298. Mind you, this attorney isn't the same one I worked with over the past eight years. When I explained that I didn't need to talk to an attorney, just my detailed bill per the signed contract, they relented, stating the lawyer would talk to me for free. I made sure to get this in writing. However, even after agreeing, they informed me it would take three weeks to provide the bill. It has now been over two months, and every time I reach out, they provide yet another due date with no further information regarding what work has actually been done on my case in the last 8 years. The entire process is unorganized and chaotic. And, oh, good luck asking for YOUR file – they'll charge you per page for that! "We mail over clients' copies all the time." Sure, you do. However, when a client asks for their file, you should be able to forward it to them with no problems. But because this firm charges for taking a breath in their office, I should've known better. Fortunately, I found a superior law firm and initiated my case with them, which proved to be a much cheaper, straightforward, and SUCCESSFUL process, with great people. Overall, not only do I strongly recommend finding another firm, but I'm confident they delete negative reviews. I will update this review after I receive the final bill, which is taking longer than the USCIS processes time.

Jeff, Ian, and all of the staff helped my husband get a green card approval with advanced parole. The case was very difficult and they were able to get it approved. A big big thank you to all of the staff for helping us along the way on this journey.
