After struggling for over 2 years trying to fix my immigration status, I was referred to Gonzales, Gonzales & Gonzales law offices. After they took my case they recommended we file for a waiver, I was approved and received my green card in about 1 month!! They were so professional to work with, I can not say enough good things about them. Everyone in that office works together to make the process run so efficiently. The best firm ever. The minute i walked in and talked with Jonathan i knew i found the right firm. The first thing he did was hear our story and then asked a couple of questions then made an outline for us. He told us how much we would possibly spend but it was all worth it. Chris Roy fought for me when my private disability company, Unum, suddenly cancelled my disability payment I am permanently disabled, but the insurance company thought otherwise. And they set out to prove it with doctors and consultants that never examined me. The result was a proliferation of false and misleading opinions that the insurance company used to justify the cancellation of my monthly benefit payments. He understood the issues and was very familiar with Long Term Disability Insurance company tactics. The appeal was filed. Shortly thereafter, Unum reversed their decision, and restored my disability payments. I would not hesitate one moment to recommend his services.
