Son gente profesional.

I got really sick and had to have several major surgeries. The surgeries left me permanently disabled and unable to return to work. I was denied my long term disability benefits after 3 months on a policy I had paid into for 21+ years, leaving me jobless and broke with no hope. Thank goodness I called Roy Law Group. I really can't say enough good things about them. Holly ( from Roy Law Group ) really listened to me, and helped me through the process every step of the way. I cannot thank you enough for giving me hope, and an income again. I am so happy to say my case was successfully appealed and I will be receiving my disability payments again. This is life changing! I also have to mention that I paid nothing out of pocket and never had to travel to their office, which was perfect for me because I do not travel well. This team had my back the whole way through, and I truly cannot thank you all enough! Extra special thanks to you Holly!

I used Roy Law Group in a case against Unum as I was denied long term disability benefits. I have a complex medical condition which made my case somewhat difficult. Darrin Class and his legal assistant Kali Mustafa were excellent in representing me. They took charge and walked me thru the legal system step by step when I was at a low point and overwhelmed. They were professional, and knowledgeable about the process. In the end we won the case which was a bonus. I highly recommend getting this law firm on your side if you find yourself in a similar position.

They will get the job done, but be prepared to do a lot of leg work in the process. They basically churn out green cards over there, and have a huge ever-revolving admin staff. You will start the process with one person, and probably go through 2 or 3 others with a lot of redundant communications. You wont get a lot of help/ advice gathering your documents and trying to get them in the form the govt needs for your process. If I did not know how to navigate US bureaucracy, Id probably still be trying to get a green card.

Husband green card approved!! Deportation waiver was approved. It was a long wait but it got done. We are so happy and have lots of plans for our little family.

I dont normally write reviews, but in this case i feel compelled to do so. I will try to keep it concise. I was injured and spent a year not being able to walk, let alone work. I had been paying into disability insurance for years and finally i needed to use it to get through a tough time. Then, they turned the tables on me, and i was in a serious financial bind. At a time when i was feeling lost and hopeless. I took a shot and reached out to Roy law. Chris took the time to listen to my story, he took it personal, like the insurance company was after him. He took a chance on representing me and fought for me. The case was filed, settled, and im more than happy! Any time in the future i need assistance he will be the first person i call and anyone i know that needs help will get a glowing recommendation from me about him. At the end if this i not only felt like a gained someone that had my back and truly cared about my situation, but I gained a friend. Thank you again Chris Roy and the Roy Law Group.

Would highly recommend. Great team altogether and great communication. I was continually denied through the insurance company which left me feeing very frustrated. Jesse, Malorie, and the rest of the team at Roy Law Group stepped in. Although it was a rather lengthy process because of the insurance companies negligence they finally overturned the results. It's a shame that people are forced to get legal assistance and forfeit some of the benefits owed, however I do not think i would have gotten the overturned results without Roy Law Group. Highly recommend, they get results.

Holly and Darrin were incredibly helpful during the entire process. They were able to help us through a very difficult time. Because of Roy Law Group I got all my benefits back and everything that was taken away. Thank you both!
