Be very careful of this "firm". They are NOT truly working in your favor...and will double cross you as a client in mediation.

In 2016 I was in a motor vehicle accident where an impaired driver struck me head on. On the advice of a friend, I reached out to Kim at Pickett Dummigan McCall to discuss my options and made the decision to have her represent me. Not only was she knowledgeable about the process and the various laws and statutes relevant to the case we pursued, but also extremely communicative about what to expect as we moved through the process and where the case was - I received updates during the discovery process, when depositions were happening, or when hearings were held to determine the specifics of how the case was being tried. In my case there were also some personal circumstances involving a disabling condition I've had all my life. Kim, took the time to understand what limitations were from the condition and what differences/changes were post-accident. She was sensitive enough to let me make my own decisions regarding how certain aspects of the case were addressed, but firm enough to help me understand that some of the processes are simply things you have to go along with if your case is going to move forward. Kim and her team addressed various motions throughout the case process, including a motion by defense counsel for summary judgment and dismissal, which was denied. Every case is different and unique. Over my time working with Kim I had no doubt that her interest was in achieving the best outcome possible for me, which all things considered, she did quite well. The staff was helpful and it was a great experience.

I can't understand why this law firm is suing local businesses in my community.

I contacted Kristen McCall some weeks after being run down off my bike by a pickup truck. I had psychological trauma and multiple injuries, one of which ended up needing major surgery a year after the accident, with a year-long recovery from that. Throughout all of the ups and downs, Kristen helped me stay focused on getting better as quickly and as well as I could, while she managed the insurance and legal aspects. She helped me get the best compensation from the insurance company that I think I could have gotten. I'm completely satisfied with the outcome. I hope I never need legal counsel again, but if I do, I'll go straight to Kristen.

I was so surprised to see the negative review of Chris Larson! Chris worked with me/my family a couple of years ago, over the course of several weeks and I couldn't have been more impressed with anyone's commitment, hard work, compassion and diligent efforts on our case! He did a stellar job for us in our three day court case and while we did not prevail, we felt very sure that our representation by Pickett, Dummigan, McCall was the best we could have had, and we were gratified to have had our "day in court". Chris was very responsive to emails, was fully prepared and informed about my case, informing me about the process of jury trials, possible scenarios, back up plans that were in place, etc. The firm works together so well that I actually got to meet and work with 4 of the lawyers over the course of my exploring with them the viability of pursuing a lawsuit, various stages of fact-finding, depositions, etc. I wonder if the reviewer that reported Chris as unresponsive actually had correct contact information?? My family and I have nothing but praise for the ethical and professional attitude and practice of Chris Larson and the other attorneys at Pickett, Dummigan, McCall who helped us through the difficult legal process we undertook.
