Jeremiah was amazing, helping me with every part of my case. From my initial consultation I knew he was trustable, as he tried to assist me with resolving the matter on my own, saving time and money, which would have prevented him from gaining a client. Unfortunately the insurance company wouldn't budge, and I had to take legal action. From the moment I signed on with Jeremiah he took care of everything. Working with him and Phoebe was great, and they answered any question I had and took care of the difficult communications so I didn't have to. We had to go all the way through mediation and we prevailed! He helped get a much fairer award than the insurance company wanted to offer. I would definitely look to Ross Law if I need representation in the future!

Happy with their work, and got the desired result. The other side kept dragging their feet, but Jeremiah was persistent. I recently had the pleasure of working with Ross Law and Jerimah Ross as my attorney. This review is long overdue. A little over a year ago I bought a truck from a car dealership in Portland that had a broken odometer. Given the obviousness of this mistake I thought that I could call the dealership, bring the truck back and get a full refund without a problem. That was not the case. After two months of being stonewalled by the dealership I gave Jeremiah a call and from then on it was in his hands. Jeremiah fought for me for just under a year and did all the dealings that I would never want to be burdened with. He was very prompt in his communication and did a fantastic job explaining the process to me. I live out of state, and moved during the past year across country, but never during that time did I feel out of the loop. In the end Jeremiah was able to negotiate a settlement that left me very happy. I couldn't recommend him enough. You can rest easy if Jeremiah is on your side.

Jeremiah was such a pleasure to work with. Just as anyone would be, when I was injured I felt embarrassed, alone, confused, not sure what to do, who to turn to, or who was on my side. I needed to file a case against a HUGE company and the thought of going to a lawyer was almost as bad as the pain from the injury itself. I read some reviews and it was all so overwhelming as I’d never worked with a lawyer before and was really intimidated. I came to Jeremiah’s and decided to take a chance after some positive write-ups. I couldn’t have been more happy! He was so kind throughout the entire process. Jeremiah explained everything I could expect with the case in language that I could understand and was always kept up to date with what was going on. I always felt like an active participant in the process and that final decisions came down to what I was most comfortable with. He was very clear about expected timeframes and would contact me just to let me know that we were still waiting on responses from insurers and other participants in the process (the case took about 6 months). At points I had to send in pictures documenting how injuries were healing on my body, which was difficult in itself, but Jeremiah was very professional, sympathetic, and supportive. I always felt considered and respected. He communicated in a very timely and reliable fashion and I always felt comfortable contacting him by phone or email and felt fine asking any questions. We reached a settlement that feels more than appropriate but he seemed most concerned that I leave the situation happy with the outcome and confident that I could move on with my life with a feeling of resolve. I was involved in a case where multiple people were suing for a measly 40k. One thing I appreciated was that he explained things throughly for me from the start. He was honest about the timeline of my case and kept tabs on it even when I forgot about it. Was really good at communicating in a timely manner and wasn't ever rude. He got me a pretty decent settlement and got the funds to me hassle free. Will definitely recomend him to family and friends and would return if his servies were ever needed again.

I purchased a used car in April 2014, the car was broken already but I didn't notice until the next morning when I was on my way to work. from then on it was a nightmare with the "Dealership" .After going around in circles with the "Dealership" trying to sort it out, I eventually ended up needing a new engine and turbo while stranded in Klamath Falls OR on top of the $5,800 I had already sunk into the car, not including the sale price of $13k with a 29.9% APR!
