I was very pleasant with the staff I was over prepared and worried about traveling to Ciudad Juárez but everything went good.

My long-term disability insurance of 2 years was terminated after an IME exam was conducted by the disability insurance Doctor. After speaking with several disability law firms, I had the good fortune to speak with Angela, a legal assistant, and intake specialist at Roy Law Group, in Portland, Oregon. Angela was polite, friendly, and very helpful answering my questions and providing me with information about the legal process and Roy Law Group. I chose Roy Law Group because of Angela's professionalism and her ability to answer all my questions. After signing on with Roy Law Group, I soon began to work with Holly who is a legal assistant. I worked with Holly to gather the facts and information related to my disability claim. Holly is friendly, extremely proficient at her work, she is very easygoing, and friendly to work with. I was represented by attorney Darrin Class. Attorney Darrin Class made all the right decisions and was successful in getting my long-term disability insurance re-established. From day one, the Roy Law Group staff were professional, honest, and courteous. I was always well-informed on the status of my case. I went to Ciudad Juarez Mexico to get my Green Card. I was only out of the country for a short time and my case was approved. I came back in for my green card and I have visited Mexico again to see my family since then and I have not had any problems. Thank you for all the help becoming legal. My family and I appreciate it very much.
