I recently needed an attorney to help me appeal a denied STD claim from my employer. I have profound hearing loss and as such, was unable to communicate via telephone. You can’t go wrong hiring Darrin Class and Malorie Quinlan to represent your disability claim. My case was not the standard disability claim. The insurance company had denied my claim. Despite a well written, researched, and documented appeal citing case law put together by Darin and Malorie, the insurance company was set to deny the appeal. Darrin and Malorie put together a great response to the insurance company’s pre-denial letter emphasizing my disability history, new medical information, additional case law, and a response to the insurance company’s reviewing physicians’ findings.
