Insurance companies would be perfectly happy to offer nothing for someone in a personal injury situation and Kevin navigated and handled the claim in a timely and efficient manner. I can't imagine having to try and deal with them myself. My gut reaction when I spoke with the claims adjuster was that they were going to try and screw me as best they could.
