I had a very complicated case. I was very emotional and often did not have the energy to advocate for myself. Mark pushed me to do what needed to be done firmly but with compassion, even for my ex. He was very helpful in the most difficult time in my life. I didn't want to ruin my ex, but he made sure I stood up for myself and got what I deserved. He's a great ally during the hardest thing you may ever have to do.

I had hired Mr. Barzda after previously working with four (4) divorce attorneys and not getting anywhere in my case and loosing in court hearings. After taking my complicated and messy divorce case, Mr. Barzda gave full attention to my case, turned things around and managed to end my divorce successfully for me. I find Mr. Barzda to be extremely detail oriented, very knowledgeable in divorce law, hard-working, smart with great communications skills, and, most importantly, with good heart. He is an excellent negotiator and mediator, but, if needed, he is a great trial attorney, as well. He truly worked in MY BEST INTERESTS!!! I can't thank him enough. I will highly recommend him to anybody with simple or complicated divorce case.
