The team at Paulson Coletti is great! John and Lisa were so accommodating and really took care of us after our terrible accident. I would highly recommend their services to anyone. They were super professional, but also showed compassion and empathy for our situation. It was obvious that they cared. We are so appreciative of their help and although we hope to never have another accident and have to work with them again, we would do so in a heartbeat if we needed to. I cannot say enough nice things about them!

I don’t know where to begin. John Colletti, and his team, are awesome to deal with. If you need an attorney, you want a good attorney. A good attorney is not working for money, he (or she) is working for you. John is that attorney. In 2019 my mother was seen and treated in the emergency department of a local hospital. During that visit she was diagnosed with a kidney stone, and despite her abnormal lab results indicating a possible infection, she was discharged home. Two days later she was in a coma in the ICU dying from septic shock- a systemic infection that originated in her kidney and spread to her bloodstream. Her chances of survival were slim to none but miraculously she survived. Unfortunately, the damage septic shock caused to her body had already been done and she needed to have amputations of her necrotic feet, hand, and fingertips. Her physical pain, mental anguish, and long term suffering could have potentially been prevented if the infection had been properly diagnosed and treated in the emergency department two days prior. This heartbreaking event is what lead us to seek out legal representation with Paulson and Coletti Trial Attorneys PC. Jane and her assistant Jenny were an absolute pleasure to work with. Jenny kept in frequent communication with me through emails and answered all my questions throughout the whole process. Jane was transparent and honest about the difficulties we faced in these type of cases but that didn’t deter her from wanting to fight for my Mom. Jane was flexible, accommodating, and supportive in every possible way. When my Mom’s case went to trial, Mr. John Coletti joined in to help defend my Mom. Watching both Jane and John in the courtroom was incredibly inspiring. Their vast knowledge, skill, and decades of experience was undeniable. John Coletti is the finest attorney I have ever worked with. John was recommended to me by a dear friend, who is a top trial attorney in the United States. She told me that John Coletti was the best attorney she knew and she was right. John is realistic and honest about his expectations regarding your case. I was involved in a rear end collision and reherniated a disc requiring a second surgery in three months. The Covid pandemic prolonged resolution of my case but John stayed on top of it and kept me informed. Unexpectedly, I received a phone call telling me that they were about to settle my case and wanted my input. I never expected such a reasonable resolution to my case.
