I reached out to the Burnside Law Group after a major/national hardware company botched up an installation project in my house and ignored all communication attempts form me including a reasonable compromise that I made. Kelly's in-depth understanding of the law, sharp analysis skills and clear communication blocked all attempts of their high-payed corporate lawyers to evade or stall the case. Ultimately, leaving the high-paid corporate lawyers no choice but to settle on a compromise that was more than four times higher than what I initially offered them. Kelly's rate was reasonable and didn't require any up-front money from me which helped a lot as I'm just an ordinary home owner without a lot of cash flow. Thanks Kelly.
