I worked with Sara on a revision of my estate documents. She was informed, provided excellent advice, addressed important details beyond the four corners of the documents and was highly efficient in her work. Highly recommended.

Katie Goss took my case and dropped the ball. After mucking things up for me she dropped my case entirely because her case load was too heavy. The worst part is that she filed incorrect documents with the court and set my case back and then charged me for it. It was criminal. She and the firm apologized and refinanced me for some of it, but they still took soo much of my money for literally no work at all and delayed this painful process for me. Shameful.

I was desperate to find a lawyer for a family member. I would have love to work with this firm. However, their intake specialist Rosie was very unprofessional. She was incredibly rude over the phone. She practically yelled at me. It saddens me that such a great law firm would allow someone like this person work for them. I am taking my business elsewhere because of this person.

I was in an urgent situation and needed representation. I had contact with another lawyer in this firm years ago and she was too busy. After hearing my situation, they recommended Kathy Root. She is a "top lawyer' (most expensive) and I retained her. In hindsight, I should have shopped around, but was new to this experience and was frankly in a panic. I fired Kathy after 5 months and nearly $30,000 spent. She was completely inconsistent, sometimes not responding to emails for several days, even weeks. Follow through was unpredictable and advice was sometimes inaccurate. Significant mistakes were made through the case, and we ended up resolving most of our issues in mediation. My newly hired lawyer is perplexed by some of the work that was done (or not done) and it has taken more money and time to rectify these issues. I now know what it is like to have a true advocate for my situation, something I never felt with Kathy and Gevurtz Menashe.

We worked closely with Sara Winter on updating our wills, healthcare directives and establishing a joint trust. She was extremely knowledgeable, available and personable. Sara was great to work with and answered every questions thoughtfully and with our goals in mind. I highly recommend her and will continue to rely on her in the future to help us manage our family goals.

Sara set up our Trust Account. She was thorough, knowledgeable, and made solid suggestions. We were pleased with our choice of Menashe and Sara Winter.

Unethical. For adults with kids this is not the firm to use. They use the kids' well-being as leverage in the divorce fight. A Gevurtz attorney has blocked obtaining services that would have protected our kid's mental health for nearly a year now. There are other firms that look out for the kids while capably representing their parents. Kids should not have to suffer more than they already do.

I've worked with the Gevurtz team since 2013. They've been professional, friendly and courageous as we work collaboratively to position their unique offerings in the legal field. I've also worked with the estate planning side of the business and gained valuable service. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend Gevurtz Menashe, specifically Charles J Weber. I was thrilled that I found such a great attorney to help me with my divorce. He was very responsive, helpful, and willing to help as much or as little as I needed based on my unique situation. He clearly explained the applicable laws and ensured I was well prepared with all the facts needed to discuss the situation with my now ex-spouse.
