Excellent from start to finish!!

I was rear-ended back in October of 2014 and the injuries from which temporarily derailed the beginning of my new career. The losses were beyond a financial price tag. My insurance covered all of my medical expenses and the replacement of my car but the driver of the car that hit me was uninsured. Luckily I had the proper coverage but the final PIP settlement offer didn't come until April and I felt it was in-sufficient. Chad Stavley was recommended to me by lawyers in the family that didn't deal with this type of thing and he came through like a champ. I could not be more thrilled with the final outcome. Recently I had Mike Colbach represent my wife in an auto accident.He came highly recommended and didn't let us down. Because of the accident my wife was in the ICU at OHSU and wasn't able to talk so I worked with him. Right away Mike took control and told me to concentrate on taking care of my wife and he would handle all the insurance issues, court filings, hospital bills etc.Also, Mike was not one bit intimidated by one of the largest auto insurance companies in the country and in fact looked forward to the challenge of meeting them in court.......I guess they didn't like the odds and settled out of court for the full amount he demanded. One of the more stressful things in life is dealing with a lawyer but not so with Mike.He is very approachable if you are his client and returns emails and phone calls immediately. And his staff is just as impressive too. However, if you are not his client, and you're on the opposite side of a legal battle with him......GOOD LUCK! Mike Colbach is a great attorney. My mother-in-law was involved in a horrible accident and Mike came highly recommended. My in-laws had several questions and he answered all of them, even when they would email him on the weekends, he would answer. Very fair, honest, and upfront, something you don't see a lot of today.
